Arithmoi: (Greek) Numbers, the fourth book of the Old Testament → HCE's genealogy is traced to a time before the biblical Book of Numbers. This possibly refers to Genesis, but also includes Exodus and Leviticus. Also, the Book of Numbers in the Bible is a book of names, more or less - a census
