Latin: hour for cloud. cf. Sancta Maria, mater Dei, ora pro nobis peccatoribus, nunc et in hora mortis nostrae an ancient prayer usually combined with verses from Luke 1 in the prayer Ave Maria used especially in the Roman Catholic faith.
