Ecce Hagios Chrisman!: meaning "Behold the Holy Christian!" or "Behold the Holy Christ!" in a combination of latin and greek. Images of the pelican feeding her offspring with blood from her breast are a symbol of Christ's sacrifice for humanity, and attach to the breastfeeding man we have just seen.
