Adah: (עָדָה "Ornament"/"Dawn", Standard Hebrew ʿAda, Tiberian Hebrew ʿĀḏāh) is the name of two women in the Book of Genesis. The first wife named for Lamech, descendant of Cain. The first wife of Esau, the daughter of Elon the Hittite (Gen. 36:2,4), called also Bashemath (26:34) (according to Easton's bible dictionary).
