An igloo is an "escumo" (198.2) dwelling. Igloos are made of blocks of snow arranged into a dome. As a domed dwelling made of water (hence, "hoogly" - a river in India), the igloo is similar to a womb – containing the incubating HCE inside.

River Hoogly, Calcutta, India.
