National Gallery. There is a National Gallery in Dublin and one in London (like Madame Tussauds).

Gullery: Gull = a person who is easily tricked or cheated; a dupe.

Notion: a mental image or representation; an idea or conception.

The National Gallery as a place where we are duped by images and representations of the past?
