- municipal: relating to a city → Phoenix Park, the site of HCE's crime, is Dublin's principal municipal park (and arguably the largest municipal park in the world), therefore HCE's crime is a municipal sin
- municipal: shared (e.g. municipal space); the shared sin of each and every man, Here Comes Everybody.
