  • Ibid: short for the Latin ibidem meaning in the same location. Most commonly used in footnote references to indicate the same source as the previous footnote.
  • Ibid a mock imitation of a Muslim name, for example Ibn
  • Refers to the supplanting of HCE in the death and rebirth / arrival motif (I.e, same as previous but “even greater” - see bottom of p.28 ff)
