The name denotes the same Yaweh God worshiped by many other "Western" religions including, but not limited to, Christianity and Judaism. The name "Allah" also predates monotheism in the Arab world, first used by pagan residents of Mecca to denote a creator deity.
O'Khorwan - A possible reference to the Koran (also spelled Quran), the holy scriptural text of the Muslim faith. Muslims believe that the holy book was dictated from Allah to Muhammad, the prophet of Islam, through the angel Jibril (Gabriel).
