Here Joyce is playing with the Christian theological notion of the hypostasis of the three persons of the Trinity in the One God. Father, Son, Holy Spirit, 3-in-1. He seems to be saying, how many plurators (plurabelle, multipliers) are in each one person? "Latin me that" is a way of saying, apply Catholic logic to that, my church scholar/dullard!
