Jump to navigationJump to search- James Clarence Mangan: An Irish [oet and story writer (1803=1849). He wrote ta least one story under pseudonym "the man in the cloak", and wrote a tale of bank theft and the supernatural by that title. He was known for wearing a large cloak. He died of cholera.
