Translation of the latin phrase "O felix culpa", from the Catholic Mass:

"O felix culpa quae talem et tantum meruit habere redemptorem." [O blessed sin [literally, happy fault] which which received as its reward so great and so good a redeemer.]

In other words celebrating Adam and Eve's sin, since it resulted eventually in Jesus's birth.
